The Big Green Egg non-stick rectangular roasting and drip pan is a lightweight aluminum pan designed to catch grease or pair with a V-rack to catch drippings while cooking turkeys, chickens, and large roasts. It can be used in heat up to 450°F (232°C) and is dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect the non-stick coating. Note: Always use heat-resistant gloves like an EGGmitt as the metal gets very hot during cooks.
