This elegant demitasse set featuring a Victorian "courting couple", has a gold gilt trim and is intended for serving small cups of strong coffee or tea. Made in Japan in the 1950's or 60's, the pot has a capacity of about 2 cups, and the creamer holds approximately 4 ounces.
